DMCA / Takedown Policy

Rights holders may submit takedown notices to legal@clearchart.com. A notice should identify the copyrighted work, the ClearChart URL, the complaining party, contact information, and the statements required by 17 U.S.C. §512(c)(3).

When ClearChart receives a compliant notice, we may disable access, suspend a listing, preserve audit records, notify affected users, and take other appropriate platform actions. We do not automatically delete files solely because a report was submitted.

Users may submit counter-notices that satisfy 17 U.S.C. §512(g). ClearChart may restore access where appropriate after the statutory process and platform review.
