ClearChart may restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts that repeatedly receive valid takedown notices, submit false or abusive notices, receive repeated content complaints, or violate copyright-related platform rules.

ClearChart may consider the number and severity of notices, user response history, documentation quality, repeat behavior, and other relevant platform safety factors.

ClearChart preserves relevant moderation and audit records. Staff review may occur before platform action is finalized.
