Original Works Policy

Uploaders may identify a listing as an original work when they control the composition and arrangement rights necessary for the listing and intended platform use.

Uploaders should keep documentation for the ownership, permission, or authority basis they rely on for content they share.

If a content concern is raised, ClearChart may suspend the listing, request additional information, and preserve moderation records while the matter is reviewed.

ClearChart provides marketplace infrastructure and creative tools. Users are responsible for their own use of content obtained through the platform.

ClearChart does not issue licenses, grant permissions, provide authorization, or determine whether a particular use of content is appropriate.

ClearChart does not require the use of any specific company, vendor, agency, or service.
